Banana Bread
Delicious, moist banana bread. This recipe uses a 5″x 9″ bread baking pan.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease your baking pan with shortening or butter.
  2. Mash your bananas, add milk and baking soda, mixing well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  4. In a third, separate bowl cream together salted butter and brown sugar. Once well combined, add egg, vanilla then butter mixture.
  5. Fold chocolate chips into batter with a spatula. Next transfer your batter into your baking pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until cake tester comes clean.
